We offer an accommodation in the heart of the City center 3 minute walking from Rialto Bridge, 10 minutes from San Marco, simple furniture 3 rooms 2 bathrooms.

Towels and bed linen included.

Guest can use a little kitchen.

If you want to enjoy Venice with us you will have a discount of 20 % in Our Restaurant 'Antico Capon in Campo Santa Margherita 15 minutes walking from Our B&B in a characteristics Venetian square.

Getting there:

You may arrive in Venice by train or by car / public bus.
By car or public bus.
you arrive in Piazzale Roma, where there are the public bus stops and 2 car parks named Garage Comunale and Garage San Marco. Right before Piazzale Roma you can turn to Tronchetto where You can find a bit cheaper park named Tronchetto. From Tronchetto park you can get by public boat ( vapporetto )to Piazzale Roma ( 1 stop ).
From Piazzale Roma get the public boat ( vapporetto ) line n. 1 and get off at Rialto Mercato stop.
Note that Rialto Mercato stop is one stop before Rialto Bridge stop ( if you coming from Piazzale Roma ), so make sure you get off at Rialto Mercato stop.
When you get off, turn right and walk for 100 metres crossing the fruit and fish market, then turn left and walk 50 metres until you reach a little square ( Campo delle Beccarie ) with a fountain. Cross the bridge that you see, walk 15 metres and see the Best B. & B. door on your left, with n. 1575 upon it.
The road name is Calle del Capeler, and crosses the more famous Calle dei Boteri.

By train
you arrive at Santa Lucia Venice train station. Right out you have the public boat stop. Get the public boat ( vapporetto ) line n. 1 and get off at Rialto Mercato stop.
