- No parking on premises, listing is misleading stating paid parking available. You have to go find public parking and then go about a walk to the hotel. - After my first night stay , the room service didn't replace the towels - very bad experience waiting about 20+ minutes for the the reception to send the bell man to get my luggage over. Gabe up after a couple calls romthe reception and then walked over myself with all the luggages.

The location was good and the staff was courteous and helpful however, the building was old and needed renovation, which I was told was in the process. Initially I was given a room with a broken toilet seat. When I informed the reception, they got my room changed. Was visiting the city on work so I did not have much time to experience the hotel other than what I mentioned above.

It's located around Hamdan Street, which is basically the city center area. There are tons of restaurants, exchange centers, and shopping spots. The taxi from the AUH airport will cost 80 AED around 30 Canadian dollars. My overall stay was pleasant, and my room was quite large . I had most of the amenities needed ( towels , water bottles , coffee, tea packs), shampoo, body wash, lotion ,hair dryer, and much more. You can hear ppl walk and talk in the hallway if they're loud. Otherwise, it's clean , friendly, and worth your buck sort of a place.

We stayed as family of 4 for night of layover. It has great location, easily accessible with bus from the airport. We took A2 bus, at get off on Capital park station. Hotel is under renovation. We did not saw renovated part. It is outdated, but still clean. Breakfast was ok.
