It was my daughter’s 11th birthday and the staff were so lovely when they heard. They gave us late checkout and 2 free dessert vouchers. My daughter was absolutely delighted. I wish I could remember the lady’s name, she was the woman who checked us in. Excellent customer service. Also on check out the woman was so nice wishing my daughter a happy birthday and making her feel special. She already wants to come back for her birthday next year!!

The staff were very helpful and understanding with our dietary requirements. Nothing was too much for them Fantastic selection for gulten free dinner and breakfast and good dairy free food choices best hotel yet for this Breakfast is fantastic in wrapping to keep from cross contamination. I was very impressed with this. Bed for sleeping 10/10 for comfort Room Cleanses 10/10 Birthday card and chocolate left in room nice touch for child I genuinely can't fault this hotel we are planning on coming back for the summer time as we enjoyed it that much 10/10

The staff were friendly. The room was clean and quiet. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The girl singing in the bar on Saturday night was very good.
