I would like to start off with a couple positive notes before I get onto the negatives, the staff were so polite, friendly & helpful. The accommodation is in a great location, very close to the beach. Negatives, the overall place needs some TLC, definitely not like how it presents it self with the online pictures (like most hotels) but just needs an extra clean and some paint. Our first night, where the shower is on the second floor and bedroom is on the first floor, our shower started leaking. So I contacted the staff immediately & they sorted it, but it took over 3 hours that I had to be out of the room & also couldn’t use the shower until the following morning. Then second night, same happened again. I asked contacted the staff & we had to do the exact same thing as the first night, leave the room so they could fix it, they apologised but that’s all they did, I didn’t get another room or a partial refund or even a food/ drink voucher would have been nice. Also we paid for the flower petals to be in the bath, which was absolutely excellent and so pretty but within a hour, loads of bugs came into the bathroom and was around the bathtub so we could not get in. Then when you check out, they give you a survey to write on, and it is really awkward because we had about 3/4 staff around watching what I wrote, I couldn’t be honest & then one of the staff asked to take a photo with me and my partner, which I didn’t mind but you can’t be honest when they are all there waiting and watching what you write. Overall staff friendly but wouldn’t be returning.

I was especially touched by the staff- Suya, who went far beyond his duty to help me when I lost my phone - even though he was already off shift! His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful situation into a moment that showed your hotel's real values in action. The way you resolved all issues promptly and with such attention to detail has completely restored my faith in your brand. This level of service is exactly what makes a luxury hotel stand out, and I'll be sure to recommend your property to all my friends visiting Bali. Would I stay again? Yes! Welcome: Received a welcome drink. Location: Close to the beach and main road, all within walking distance. Hotel Area: Nothing particularly noteworthy, either good or bad. Staff: Very friendly and supportive. Cleanliness: Everything was good, no issues to mention. Room: Very spacious, designed as a three-level cylinder: bedroom (0), Bathroom (1) extra spacious with a bathtub, outdoor rooftop (2) with offer of partial sea view (a bit far) - Wardrobe: Could be bigger for two people. - WiFi: Reasonable speed, but not fast enough for remote work with a heavy load. Food: Reasonable menu options, but not everything tasted great (e.g., unripe fruits and odd food combinations). Pool: Large, clean, illuminated at night, and includes a daytime bar. Value for Money: 9/10. Other: No mosquitoes. Uses smart technology like Alexa to control air conditioning, TV, etc.

The staff was amazing. They really wanted to help with everything and make our stay pleasent. Enjoyed a lot and wished we stayed here longer. Breakfast was really good too. Would love to come back!!

The hotel lived up to our expectations. Wonderful staff who took excellent care of us. Don't be shy to ask them for help and they will definitely help you. The food is excellent, the breakfast is varied and tasty. The rooms are spacious and tidy. I recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at Canggu Cabana. This place is really nice and the rooms are unique with hi-tech devices. The staff was amazing and the food was great.
