I love the convince of newkings in terms of location and value for money. The staff are very kind and helpful too. We booked a room with mountain view however it was more the slope of mountain, couldn't see lions head. I've stayed here before where we did have a good room and view however this time the view was mainly just buildings. Great stay none the less

The hotel is located on a busy mall - one would expect double glazing for sound but it is not the case- our window could not seal 100 % and the very old aircon is so noisy - we could not switch it on. It is extremeley noisy - on Seapoint main road.
