Villa Costa Rose is located in the popular coastal suburb of Sea Point.
We are functional during power cuts with INDEPENDENT POWER ("NO LOADSHEDDING!")
Choose a room according to your preference from Suite, King or Twin, Double or Budget. Some rooms have mountain views with balconies.
Sea Point is a safe area with high quality restaurants, some within 50m walk, you will experience cuisine and wine at it's finest.
The must do Sightseeing Bus is an excellent way to see the city and surrounds with the nearest stop a mere 7 minute walk away.
We offer excellent concierge services for additional tours and experience requirements.
Enjoy beautiful sunrise or sunset walks along the seafront promenade which is a 5 minute walk away, a truly magical experience.

We were pleased to have booked 3 nights as it’s an excellent location with a scrumptious breakfast. Neil, our host, provided detailed tips about the area and restaurants which we appreciated and made use of. The staff were lovely and a pretty courtyard with flowers was a nice place to chill. Thank you Neil and we will pop by on our return home to pick up forgotten items you’re keeping for us - ☺️

Location was really good - really quiet street but within a few minutes walk of the promenade and a couple of good restaurants, especially the Italian Posticino. The host Neil was very helpful and provided excellent information.

Friendly host - showed us some great food spots and helped to orientate us. The comfiest bed & bedding I’ve ever slept in!

The location is great. The owner , Neil , is very friendly and always happy to help. He gave us lots of information about restaurants and how to get to places, what we should not do and what we can do. We got a complimentary bottle of wine as well as bubbly’s wine for the new year evening. We forgot one item at the hotel and Neil messaged us to let us know which we plan to pick when we return to Cape Town.
