They cleaned the room on the second day of our stay, which is not common in the US and that is a plus. The hotel is clean, as are the rooms. In the lobby there is coffee and cookies available after breakfast.

Very friendly staff 😊 There are Disney Outlets and a Walmart near by. Just one elevator worked which was a problem at busy times

The hotel is close to Disney Parks, and there are plenty of restaurants and stores around. Front desk assistants, same as other hotel workers are very kind and helpful. The breakfast was ok. They offer complimentary cookies fresh baked until 8PM, and there is also complementary coffee and hot water all day.

The breakfast was very good. Great choice provided to suit everybody's preferences - hot food, pancakes, many cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, bread for toast and pastries. Fruit juices and tea and coffee. The coffee was available all day and freshly made cookies to collect between 5pm and 7pm. Great location with pharmacy close by and restaurants too. The free shuttle bus to Disney was a bonus.

Location , staff , swimming pool . Breakfast was good enough. Every day hotel changed eggs and meat option . During the day you can get hot coffee and tea. They have water faucet in the lobby

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel for 7 days with my family, and I wanted to take a moment to highlight some aspects of our experience. First, I would like to commend your wonderful staff who were friendly and accommodating at all times. Our stay was truly child-friendly, with a peaceful atmosphere, comfortable beds, and an ideal location near all the Disney Parks, Walmart, and various other places for souvenirs, food, and entertainment. However, I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding the hotel's daily cleaning methodology. As someone who is knowledgeable about environmentally friendly practices, I understand the rationale behind not washing towels every day to minimize environmental impact. That said, I believe there are additional opportunities for the hotel to make a more significant difference in sustainability and environmental responsibility. One suggestion is to reduce the use of foam and plastic during the self-service breakfast. By implementing dispensers for items like salt, sugar, peanut butter, jam, milk, and creamer, the hotel could cut down on waste, reduce costs, and promote more sustainable practices. Additionally, instead of using disposable plates, cups, and cutlery, I recommend offering eco-friendly alternatives, such as cardboard or reusable items. These could be provided in the rooms, ready for use at breakfast each morning. Introducing soap, shampoo, and cream dispensers in the rooms could also reduce the unnecessary waste from single-use toiletries. There is not gluten free options. Furthermore, it would be beneficial to implement better waste management by categorizing trash for recycling. This would align with the environmental standards many travelers now expect.
