Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Outdoor pool is closed from Mon 27 Nov 2023 until Fri 01 Dec 2023 A damage deposit of AED 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Per UAE law Guests need to provide an original passport or Emirates ID along with a valid credit card upon check-in.
