great location we were on 2nd floor great buzz of the bustling old quarter, very helpful friendly staff an great coffee shop on street level, lots of great food spots in the area an night markets, banh moi oi is a must for veggie banh chay breakfast an Met restaurant is awesome.

Situated in a good area with many tourist attractions and restaurants. Facilities are old, but was okay. Very clean and the staff were very friendly. They even arranged us an airport shuttle where the price was lower than Grab.

Good apartment in the center of the old city, with bustling life around and lots of attractions in a walking distance. Receiving keys was very easy, the room was clean and nice, water warm, and bed comfortable. Balcony view shows the street with local life, which is at the same time not too busy - so sleeping during the night is possible with only muffled sounds reaching through the window (if it is closed, of course). Downstairs there is a nice coffee shop, allowing to taste good coffee and buy some quality coffee beans (and get this wake-up espresso in the morning).

It's the best spot in Hanoi, near to almost everything you need to visit in the area. Its accessibility, affordability, the comfortable and spacious room, the easy check in and out no matter the time of the day, the most responsive, helpful, and accommodating staff (thru viber) is just very reassuring. The kindest staff you'll ever possibly meet, they even helped us book a limousine van going to Sapa last minute due to an unexpected booking issue with Klook, this for us was the highlight as we never really expected they could help us at the last minute and when we're so stressed already and no idea where to get help! They made it possible and to the point that I was so doubtful it was true! And again, no matter the time you need them, they'll respond! Top tier service for a simple low key stay... It felt like we had a home with them. We're so very grateful! I HIGHLY recommend them and will surely go back to book them again on our next trip back to Hanoi 💖 Btw, most homestays in the area if they are a building have no elevators in them, but it wasn't much of a big deal really. You still get the value of what you paid, and even more actually, so stairs really up to the 3rd floor isn't so much an issue for us. A comfortable bed and clean working spacious restroom is what matters! They got it!

A centrally located studio with lots of good food and interesting shops around. Just try to book the units facing backwards to minimise noises coming from the street below.

Everything was fine. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The house is perfectly located in Old Quarter close to main sights. Downstairs there is a coffee shop where you can buy delicious coffee! The only inconvenience is the noise from the street but it's understandable as it's an old building located on the busy street. I would choose it again

Very comfortable and good location for our first stay of our trip! The room was clean and spacious. The balcony was also a big plus. The host was very helpful with arranging our transport to our next location so very thankful for that!
