Overall a good Value for Money place as an All Inclusive Resort that will tick off all the boxes - proximity to the beach (it's a group of hotels together - I think 3, with access to the beach via their sister hotel right in front), free alcohol, food and snacks through the day and at least on the outside a good looking property. The details is where you start missing a few points - food buffet has reasonable variety but the quality can be varied; service is generally good but misses the attentiveness that you would expect; rooms are big but outdated and could be cleaner; furniture is generally old; etc. However this is a great Value for Money for a large All-inclusive resort and that is the sweet spot for it. Would recommend it if you are conscious of the budget but still want to have a "good enough" time.

Loved everything, the room, the services, the whole resort is so beautiful and staff so helpful, cheerful and polite. Perfect for a lovely break in Egypt. We hope to return again one day. The hotel manager and reception staff were brilliant in accommodating all our needs and gave us an upgrade. We definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Hurghada!

Everything is perfect, food , facilities and staff. The staff are very welcoming and will give you the best experience you could ever have in a 5 star hotel. Coming from a frequent traveller Hurghada and grand resort hotel is a unique experience worth every penny 👍🤍

Nice bonuses in the room: complimentary drinks (Sprite, Cola, Fanta), sweets, and a beach bag for towels. Convenient beach: sandy entry, good depth, plenty of loungers with mattresses, and wind screens. The staff helps find suitable spots and adjusts loungers if needed. Great food: two main restaurants and several themed ones, including an adults-only restaurant and a BBQ spot. The red wine and beer were good quality, with a variety of desserts, ice cream, seafood pasta, and shish kebabs. Hotel atmosphere: beautiful oriental-style decor with arches and cozy lanterns during dinner. Excellent service: polite and friendly staff, always ready to assist. Restaurant staff bring drinks to the table without delay. Additional activities: several pools (one with water polo), themed dining options, small-scale entertainment, and billiards tables.

A Perfect Getaway at the grand resort ! I recently stayed at the Grand Resort, and I can not recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm smiles and excellent service. The resort is stunning, with immaculate grounds, breathtaking views, and beautifully designed spaces that truly capture the essence of relaxation
