We stayed at a pool view room with our 3 kids. The place is very well located. Sparkling clean! Great staff, nice breakfast. The cave pool bar is Amazing!!! Awesome cocktails and food at the bar. What to note: No connecting doors when coming with kids and taking two rooms. It's "beach front" but actually it's across the street and it's a public beach... The pics are a bit misleading. Over all - great hotel for kids! Very well maintained, very clean and welcoming, located in the middle of everything. Go to eat at the Turkish restaurant near by:)

My family and I had an amazing stay at this hotel, which truly exceeded our expectations. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was like a feast, offering a vast variety of choices to suit every taste. The hotel's location was also perfect, within walking distance to the beach and close to convenient amenities like restaurants, pharmacies, and a 7-Eleven store. What's more, the hotel is extremely kid-friendly, featuring a fantastic pool with a waterpark that my little ones absolutely loved. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a great experience - we certainly had a wonderful time here!

The location is amazing, the staff are even more amazing who really went above and beyond. The kids club gave us great flexibility on the trip.

The biggest plus are the pools and slides which saved a trip to water park and my kid can easily have some fun anytime we’re free. Rooms are spacious. Close to Karon beach which is really nice. Shops and food stalls are right outside too!

Great location on Karon beach which is one of nicer beaches in Phuket and not too far from Kata market area. Lots to do in the resort like waterslides and pool for kids and also nearby including beach activities and other things for kids like ziplining and seeing the elephants.

The hotel had a great original idea – a luxurious, boutique place for adults only. The materials used for the design are high-quality and stylish, and there are many beautiful spots perfect for taking photos. The ground-floor rooms with direct pool access are a nice touch. The restaurant is good, and breakfast is what you’d expect from a hotel of this level in Thailand.
