The size of the family room was excellent! The lobby is very spacious allowing guests to store their luggage securely. Staff were amazing and helped fill out the luggage shipping forms for our next hotel

Didn't have breakfast there but enjoyed the washing service and the room. Very clean, excellent location to the train station and easy to check in and out. Staff were very good.

Room was beautiful, relatively big and very clean. All the facilities and amenities were amazing. There is luggage storage on the ground floor.

The room was quiet, small and acceptable for a short stay. The staff were helpful, including helping us to forward our luggage to the next destination. We didn't eat at the restaurant. The location doesn't really have anything around it of interest, and a bus or train ride is required to get anywhere. We didn't mind this, though. There was a small tub in our room for baths which I enjoyed.

easy to check in. room was good size considering location. easy walk to either gojo station or kyoto and near a pretty large temple. check in process was the easiest we have ever had for a hotel as well as check out too.

Satisfied with the hotel and the room. Overall good value for money in a nice location. The room was small for two people but overall we were satisfied with the provided amenities. Room was very quiet and clean. Not too much interaction with hotel staff as check in/out process was done using an automated system but the staff we met in the morning buffet were very polite. Adequate number of options in the breakfast buffet. Hotel is located next to subway station and close to the Kyoto train station giving easy access to most touristic attractions.
