The room was great, I had a very nice time. Location was my deciding factor - I was there for 4 days for Supanova at the Melbourne showgrounds, which was a 15 minute walk (1km away). There is public tram stops very close by. The ground floor foyer and courtyard look great. The foyer has some kind of air freshener fragrance that is so good. The view to the courtyard through my sliding door was very nice. The room was airconditioned and had blinds, curtains AND a sliding door to the bedroom, so I could go full blackout in the room and sleep for 10 hours, uninterrupted. The couch and 2 seats were all comfortable and in good condition. The tv was a nice size, and the picture was good. My bathroom only had a shower and toilet (no bath), but was very clean. The water pressure in the shower was great. The room had a full washer, dryer, fridge dishwasher, stovetop and oven. The bathroom came with a pack of soap, and bottles of bodywash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I had 2 regular sized towels, a smaller towel that I used as a bathmat, and 2 face cloths. The room provided 2 packs of washing powder, and a single packet of powder for the dishwasher, and single packet for hand washing in the sink. I couldn't find the wifi password so called down to reception, and the staff was very friendly, and told me where to find the print out, solving it in 20s. I paid $600 for a 4 day stay, and at the end, was very happy with my value for money. I stayed in a place in Surfers Paradise last October ($480 for 3 days) and it was AWFUL, which really lowered my expectations for this place - this location absolutely earned the 4 star rating. I would definitely stay here again.

Check-in was easy. Directions to carpark were easy. Room and bed was wonderful. Was upgraded to a 2 bedroom which was wonderful. Close to the showgrounds and pizza place right across the road. Furniture, amenities and supplies in the apartment was spot on. Bed was very comfortable. Shampoo and body lotions were soft on the skin and smelt wonderful!

The apartment was gorgeous, so clean and comfortable even had a coffee machine, customer service was so lovely and helpful. Great value for money. We will definitely be staying again.
