Close Proximity to the City without being to Noisy! St Kilda beach close by. Lots of fun to be had. Easy tram to city. 10 minutes by tram.

The water in the spa bath was brown. The bathroom sink had cracks in it. There was a watermark from a cup of tea on the bedside table. I don’t think was cleaned very well.

Location close to the beach and albert park was good. Easy to get to public transport.

Check in and checkout were very easy, price was good, location was excellent and everything worked.

Great location with a cafe downstairs which was convenient. Despite being on a busy street it was relatively quiet at night. On this occasion there was a terrible smell on arrival coming from the bathroom I suspect from the air vent, smelt like a decaying animal. That smell hung around until 1am. I reported it to the front desk hoping for some air freshener or something but no action from the front desk. The tv / streaming didn’t work, just kept getting a message that it was unable to connect to the internet. For those two reasons the stay was disappointing but everything else was fine and it’s in a great location and clean.
