How close it was to public transport, was not on a busy street so the noise was very minimal, nice and modern rooms.

Urban Laneway King. Room 323 The quietist room we have stayed at in the Melbourne CBD. Roomy and comfortable. Close easy walk to trams on either Collins St. or Bourke St. Lots of cafes close by.

Found housekeeping not 100% - dressing gown thrown on floor and bed not all tucked in. Movies didn’t work sometimes. So much noise with construction outside. Was hoping to finally get to sleep in. Sink was very slow to empty. Was in a great location and very comfy. Need more fridge space for my own things. I would’ve preferred tv located in middle of bed (it was in my last room (which was cheaper) at the Howey last year) - maybe put on brackets.

Major Pros: Fantastic Location Easy Check In and Out, Nice layout of the room, Very good service. Only Con: Holding Money on Credit Cards for stays that are already paid

No bar or restaurant open which was disappointing but good location and large room. TV not working properly and staff could not fix it.

The hotel is new and spacious. The room is big enough for family of 3 if you book studio type. Looks like the hotel guests are mainly for business purpose because the hotel is situated in city centre and walking distance to main areas. However, they do not provide the mineral water in room, no breakfast and toothbrush set is upon request.

What a find! I will be staying here every time I come to Melbourne. It is fantastic. Very central, beautiful, clean (new) and super quiet. I haven't been this happy with a hotel for a long time. The only quip is that the bathroom is a little dark for putting make-up on and there was no table/desk in my room but I am hoping other room types have a table.
