It is very close to beach and Cole’s which is super handy. This hotel is old so kitchens and bathroom were outdated. Still found the 2 bedroom comfortable and had enough space for 4 people. The beds were comfy and had a modern TV. The view is really nice - they are currently renovating a restaurant at the front so it’s little ugly to look at the moment

Perfect location, right above cafes, restaurants and boutiques. Across the road from the beach.... We parked the car and didn't need it at all. Miss 9 loved both pools

Sea views were great, would definitely stay here again for facilities and ease of location. Everything was at your door step.

Love the location. Many shops and restaurants to choose from. Great ocean views. All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. Only dislike - the mattress was too soft for me
