Great location, near Yodoyabashi station. Nice staff, free amenities including pyjamas, clean room. Missing free snacks/water/coffee (in lobby) was the only thing keeping this from a 10, otherwise very good place to stay at.

The hotel is close to the Umeda station and provides a great experience of the Japanese precision, cleanliness, and hospitality. The staff is very helpful and the check-in and check-out experience is very smooth.

I would like to thank Ka from the frontdesk, who was really helpfull with the situation we had with our passports. Hotel is really good, room is comfy, breakfast as every hotel in Japan is different, but we will return for sure.

Location was very close to two train stations and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I also really enjoyed the amenities such as sleepwear, toothbrushes, and skincare.
