The room was clean and spacious enough. There was everything all we needed for stay. The location is about 3km from the center, so very close to find your restaurants. In addition to that, it is just along side the road. You cannot miss it if you drive a car. The view from the room was mostly covered by other buildings. So, I don't recommend some rooms if you stay longer or like to stay inside during your stay.

Good size room & super confi beds. Tea/coffee in the room with a sitting down area. Extremely helpful staff, reception opened until 11pm. Parking space (free) which is a bonus when you are roaming around for a few weeks

Awesome stay. Staff above and beyond. Really great place to base. Bus into town and around with Bee card. They also sell. Honestly comfiest bed ever. Loved staying here and would stay again.

Restaurant is fab, breakfast and dinners both excellent and service has got really great over the last year. Room efficiently cleaned, everything is consistent.

The restaurant is fabulous! Room was cosy but the double bed had seen better days and creaked every time we turned over! Shower was crazy, only seemed to deal in cold water, which wasn’t fun!

The room was very clean, and the soundproofing was pretty good. The layout was well-designed, with two bedrooms that didn’t interfere with each other. You can book the sauna for free, and yoga classes are also a great deal. The only downside was the fresh milk and refill policy. It’s great that the hotel offers this, but for four people, they only provided one small bottle of milk—how are we supposed to share that? It just didn’t seem reasonable.

Close to Queenstown but not too close, so well priced, amazing restaurant, clever refit of the rooms, great ethics and values and love the idea of a “community hotel” and their veggie garden & sustainability.
