We booked one of the chalet's which turned out to be one of the warmest days in December, Fetsi assisted us with upgrading to rooms with aircons "Luckily they had rooms left" one room had a faulty aircon and we were immediately moved on request to a new room with a working aircon, Dinner was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly.

With being a late arrival it would have been nice to have water in the fridge, especially in these hot months. Also additional coffee and creamer would have been appreciated so as to allow for a drink before bed and on waking.

The location just off the N3 highway was excellent. The rooms decorated and furnished according to the Egyptian theme. Aircon and Dstv( in rooms if you like to watch sport, news, etc.). Staff is wonderful, food is good and the whole place shouts "Come and relax".

We loved our stay. It's an easy pit stop to break up the trip driving from Jhb to the Coast. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was decent! Love that there is the option of late check in and early check out too! The room is clean and neat and love the big bath!
